Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario planning

- Conduct competitive intelligence and market opportunity assessments for emerging sectors
- Translate complex technological concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative problem-solving across departments
- Monitor geopolitical and sociological shifts affecting technological adoption
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams (50+ people)
