Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technology applications
- Author thought leadership reports on industry disruption and adaptation strategies
- Advise executive stakeholders on long-term innovation portfolio allocation
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and systemic trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Strong network across tech, academia, and policy-making circles
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field preferred
