Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for 2026 market disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces)
- Present trend analysis to investors and board members with data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with academic institutions and startups
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into stakeholder buy-in
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or Innovation Management
- Portfolio of published trend reports or thought leadership (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
