Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, identifying emerging technologies and societal shifts

- Analyze global trends in AI, biotech, and sustainability to anticipate market disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing principles into product development
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of innovation initiatives on long-term growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful transformational projects
