Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Build innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies for commercial viability and adoption curves
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting industry trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or tech research
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive insights
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research projects (preferred)
