Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and business teams
- Produce trend reports and foresight briefings for executive stakeholders
- Identify ethical implications of emerging technologies and recommend governance frameworks
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and integrate disruptive startups
- Represent the company at global tech foresight conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight role
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
