Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 partners
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and innovation theater
- Author quarterly Future Briefs read by global industry leaders
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for prototyping exponential technologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, SXSW, and World Economic Forums
- Mentor a team of 3 junior futurists using our proprietary foresight framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Published work on disruptive technology adoption patterns
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented strategic foresight projects
- Deep knowledge of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Experience advising C-suite on paradigm shifts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (preferred)
