Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and socio-economic trends to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Design and validate future-state scenarios using predictive modeling and simulation tools
- Champion human-centered design principles while developing AI-augmented decision systems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs testing next-generation concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic transformations
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
