Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of PhDs and industry veterans
- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic research
- Develop commercialization strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Secure $10M+ annual funding from venture capital and government grants
- Present findings to Fortune 500 CEOs and UN policy committees
- Mentor next-gen innovators in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ breakthrough innovations
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Track record of securing >$50M in R&D funding
- Fluency in at least 2 future scenario modeling frameworks
- Public speaking experience at Davos or TED conferences
- Portfolio of patented technologies or policy initiatives
