Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast industry disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for 2026+ market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and present at premier innovation conferences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Experience guiding C-suite executives through strategic transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or frameworks
