Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems and business models
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to prepare for future uncertainties
- Establish innovation governance frameworks balancing rapid experimentation with risk mitigation
- Produce trend reports and foresight briefings for investor and board communications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodology applications and strategic outcomes
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
