Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap aligned with emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate vision
- Manage innovation sprints with R&D partners and academic institutions
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with exposure to emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive solutions
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong background in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Experience scaling tech initiatives across global markets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
