- Oversee pilot programs validating next-gen technology feasibility and ROI
- Drive innovation culture through internal workshops and external thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record commercializing cutting-edge technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, AI ethics)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite and boards
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology evolution (papers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and $5M+ budgets
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEPLE, Delphi method)
