Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market disruptions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and incubate next-gen startups
- Present tech foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in sustainable tech
- Mentor future-focused talent across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-tech impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Track record of launching market-defining innovations with $100M+ revenue impact
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Portfolio of published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
