Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends and business objectives
- Conduct market research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate futuristic technologies into core business operations
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech innovators
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive innovation workshops to foster a culture of forward-thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record in developing tech roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and driving strategic alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
