Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with 10-year foresight
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate breakthrough technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Develop patent-worthy solutions for climate resilience, human augmentation, and ethical AI frameworks
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors with 95%+ adoption rate
- Manage $15M+ R&D budget with quarterly ROI optimization
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite/VP level
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products (3+ unicorn exits or IPOs)
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field from top-tier institution
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies with >500 citations
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotechnology
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder management
- Validated experience leading teams of 50+ across 3+ continents
- Holder of 5+ patents in emerging technology domains
