Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market evolution
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic AI, biocomputing)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting our roadmap
- Drive sustainability initiatives in technology lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience building innovation pipelines with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
