Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) to inform 2026 strategic roadmap
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development priorities
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of future-focused technology analysts
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech-driven initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and stakeholder communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
