Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-computing) for strategic integration
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting global tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
