Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Develop patent-pending strategies for ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on future tech opportunities
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology incubation programs
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or VC-backed startups
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, decentralized systems
- Certifications in Futures Thinking (CFP), Technology Strategy (CTS), or equivalent
- Published research or patents in AI ethics or sustainable technology
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- MBA or Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio of 3+ technology transformation projects implemented at scale
