Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in emerging tech domains
- Develop and present technology investment proposals to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Proven track record of translating vision into actionable technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and technology lifecycle management
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management or strategic technology planning preferred
