Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging tech adoption across enterprise divisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in future-tech domains
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech areas (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching market-first tech innovations
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent advanced credential
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
