- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes for strategic IP positioning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum and AI domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in AI/ML implementation or quantum computing projects
- Deep knowledge of global tech regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodology
- Certified in TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture framework
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
