Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, Web3, etc.) and market disruption potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the executive board
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI targets
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for ethical and regulatory implications of future tech
- Create thought leadership content positioning InnovateNext as a future-tech authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and corporate venture programs
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry publications
