Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Forecast market disruption vectors and competitive threat matrices
- Manage innovation lab budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching transformative products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI preferred)
