Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and generative AI ethics
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption in Fortune 500 enterprises
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen human-computer interfaces and neuromorphic computing
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption rates and ROI of futuristic innovations
- Author thought leadership papers on the societal impact of 2026 technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
- Published research on singularity-level technologies or ethical AI frameworks
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies brought from concept to market by 2026
