Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their market viability and strategic implications by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic solutions in our innovation labs
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for technology adoption in global markets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies to ensure responsible deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related leadership role
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Certifications in strategic planning, technology management, or relevant emerging tech fields
