Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to translate emerging tech into commercial applications
- Establish competitive intelligence frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive board and key stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record implementing AI/quantum solutions in production environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech regulatory landscapes (NIST, EU AI Act)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFI) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ technologists
