Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Sustainable Engineering (Master's + 8 years experience accepted)
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise level (10M+ users)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm development and quantum error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing DoE/NSF grants or corporate innovation funding
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Validated ability to translate complex scientific concepts into commercial applications
