Responsibilities
- Scan global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and anticipate policy impacts on tech adoption
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., FTI, APF) or equivalent
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with ethical technology frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
