Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy across AI, quantum, and blockchain domains
- Lead a cross-functional team of 15+ engineers and researchers to deliver cutting-edge solutions
- Drive R&D initiatives in emerging technologies with $5M+ annual budget oversight
- Partner with product and business teams to align tech innovations with market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technological vision to executive stakeholders and investors
- Maintain competitive advantage through continuous innovation assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams and delivering complex projects
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: machine learning, quantum algorithms, or decentralized systems
- Experience with budget management >$1M and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Published research or patents in emerging tech fields
- Strong strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
