Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech integration, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience building global innovation ecosystems across 3+ continents
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent training
