Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, advanced AI, and synthetic biology
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech innovations with business objectives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for experimental technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ international locations
- Certification in futures forecasting (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies with commercial adoption
