- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into core offerings
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployments and responsible innovation

- Mentor a team of futurists and technical researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech ecosystems
- Experience scaling innovation labs or R&D divisions
