- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Create executive briefings on technology disruption scenarios
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology domains
- Drive innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least 3 disruptive domains (AI, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills
- PhD or Master's in relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Experience building cross-continental innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies
