Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead strategic initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Strong understanding of ethical technology frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi method)
