Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and articulate the comprehensive technology strategy for the company leading up to and beyond the year 2026.
- Innovation Management: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) into our core infrastructure.
- Executive Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business goals and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- R&D Oversight: Lead and mentor a team of futurists and engineers focused on experimental projects and long-term viability.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct future-proofing assessments to mitigate risks associated with rapidly evolving tech landscapes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior technical leadership roles, with a proven track record of strategic planning.
