Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 product suite, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum, and Edge Computing.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Prototype Innovation: Build and iterate on Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Standardize Best Practices: Establish architectural guidelines and coding standards that ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and distributed systems.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
