Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant security protocols for distributed autonomous systems
- Lead development of neural-quantum hybrid computing architectures

- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emergent AI systems
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves in regulated industries
- Prototype decentralized infrastructure for 2026 smart city ecosystems
- Present breakthrough innovations to federal innovation task forces and venture capital consortia
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Engineering, or related field with 5+ years applied research
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or autonomous systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record of scaling systems from prototype to production at Fortune 500 scale
- Certification in quantum security (Qiskit Certification or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental technologies
