Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute the long-term technical roadmap for systems designed to be operational and dominant by the year 2026.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate, prototype, and integrate emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI into our core infrastructure.
- System Scalability: Design scalable, resilient architectures capable of handling exponential data growth and complex algorithmic loads.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
- Security & Ethics: Establish rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and data privacy.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of junior architects and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt legacy systems to future standards.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving high-impact technical challenges in dynamic environments.
