- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic vision aligned with market evolution and technological disruption
- Lead scenario planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their industry impacts
- Establish KPI frameworks for future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year horizons
- Direct ecosystem development through strategic partnerships and venture investments

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks beyond 5-year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
