- Build partnerships with academic labs and innovation ecosystems
- Author annual Future Outlook reports for internal and external audiences
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong background in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on future trends preferred
