Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, strategy, or business development.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation or strategic planning initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast future trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with emerging tech stacks (AI, Blockchain, Cloud Infrastructure) is a plus.
