Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen SEO: Design comprehensive search strategies that prepare content ecosystems for the semantic web, focusing on entity-based relationships and knowledge graphs.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of AI tools for content optimization, keyword clustering, and predictive analytics to forecast search trends before they peak.
- Technical Excellence: Collaborate with developers to implement schema markup, structured data, and site architecture improvements that facilitate crawlability by both humans and bots.
- Content Strategy: Lead the creation of 'Answer Engine Optimization' (AEO) content, ensuring our brand answers the complex queries of 2026 effectively.
- Data & Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics to measure performance across voice search, visual search, and social discovery platforms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior analysts and drive a culture of continuous innovation within the marketing department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO/SEM, with a strong portfolio demonstrating growth in competitive, high-volume niches.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of JavaScript, Python, and API integrations for data scraping and analysis.
- AI Fluency: Familiarity with Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) and how they impact search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives.
