- Partner with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with long-term vision
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on future trends (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Track record of executing multi-year strategic initiatives
