Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 5-year commercialization pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and market evolution scenarios

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation Management, or Technology (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to enterprise adoption
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech commercialization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFM, CIP)
- Experience leading $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futures to diverse audiences
