Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural architectures for autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning and multi-step planning.
- Lead the research and development of large-scale foundation models tailored for real-time decision-making environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quantum Computing researchers to optimize inference speed and energy efficiency.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical deployment in critical infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish high-impact research in top-tier conferences.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, or Applied AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agent frameworks.
- Experience with distributed systems and high-performance computing clusters.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technological trends (e.g., 2026 vision).
