Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications with attention to detail
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining productivity standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and proficiency with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime as needed
- OSHA forklift certification training provided upon hire
