Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and seamless checkout processes
- Drive sales through strategic upselling, cross-promotion, and visual merchandising techniques
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Operate POS systems and digital tools to process transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store presentation standards and cleanliness
- Participate in seasonal promotions and inventory management initiatives
- Support training of new associates on brand standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Expertise in inventory management and loss prevention
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred for logistics support
