Responsibilities

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Merchandise the sales floor, ensuring displays are eye-catching and organized according to company standards.
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory to maintain product availability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for visual presentation.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Proficient with basic computer skills and POS systems.
